Union training meets commercial discipline.
Seabreeze operates with a union workforce trained through the SMART Local 28 apprenticeship system. That training establishes the base standard. Our project-specific safety plans and foreman accountability layer commercial rigor on top of it.

Near-misses and incidents are documented and reviewed so they do not repeat.

PPE is standard, not negotiable, and equipment is inspected before use.

We integrate with each GC’s safety program and stand-down requirements.

Seabreeze coordinates directly with each general contractor’s or construction manager’s safety requirements before the project starts. Site-specific safety plans, required training documentation, PPE standards, and stand-down participation are treated as part of the project scope, not a checkbox to clear.
