Stonepeak’s two-floor program at 30 Hudson Yards followed the building’s standard tenant-fit-out access rules and a tightly tracked construction manager schedule. The scope included full ductwork coordination, fabrication, delivery, and change-order management through the punchlist phase. Seabreeze tracked bulletins, RFIs, and field conditions through change-order documentation that supported the mechanical contractor and the construction manager from pre-construction through closeout.
