No. Seabreeze is a commercial sheet metal and HVAC ductwork contractor for New York construction projects. We do not service residential HVAC equipment.
Yes. Use the New Project page to send the project name, location, bid date, drawings, addenda, bulletins, and any scope notes. We will route it to estimating.
Yes. We support 3D ductwork coordination, fabrication-aware drafting, model reviews, and Navisworks workflow. BIM is central to how we deliver projects.
