KKR’s two-floor program at 30 Hudson Yards sits near the top of one of the city’s tallest commercial towers. Hoist scheduling, after-hours material movement, and weather-dependent access defined the logistics. Seabreeze planned every release around the building’s hoist window and the project’s tight overall schedule. Ductwork was coordinated against extensive architectural ceiling work, custom millwork conditions, and the supplemental cooling requirements of a private equity tenant. The team delivered the floors with minimal punchlist and on the schedule the construction manager set.
