Founded 1989

A standard set from the start.

Timothy Allen Beaumont founded Seabreeze Mechanical Corp. in 1989 with a clear standard: coordinated, code-correct ductwork, installed by people who take the work seriously.

Over more than three decades, that standard built the company into a recognized name on Manhattan’s most demanding commercial fit-outs. Timothy Beaumont passed away on December 25, 2025. Leadership today continues the work.

“Every piece of metal that leaves this shop, every floor we finish in the city, that is the standard we are built on.”

The shop today.

Seabreeze operates from a 21,000 square foot fabrication facility in Copiague, New York. The shop houses a brand new 2024 coil line, new CNC plasma tables, waterjet equipment, and full ductwork production capability. Approximately 75% of our shop equipment has been replaced or upgraded over the past five years.

We fabricate in-house across the full range of materials. Galvanized, perforated, black iron, spiral, flat oval, and stainless duct all run through the shop. Specialty fittings and custom geometry are handled on site. We are not dependent on outside fabricators for the work that leaves our trucks.

Drafting and technology.

Drafting runs on PractiCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit. Our BIM team produces fabrication-ready shop drawings, clash-detection models, and coordinated submittals on every project. From the office through delivery and field execution, Seabreeze runs current-generation technology so schedule and documentation stay visible to the people running the job.

The field crew is SMART Local 28. Foremen and journeymen run high-rise commercial installations across Manhattan, working coordinated drawings and floor-by-floor releases against the construction manager’s schedule.
