Freshfields’ fit-out at 3 World Trade Center took place high in the tower, where freight elevator access and building rules govern every delivery. Seabreeze sequenced floors against the hoist window and the GC’s overall schedule, with deliveries routed through the building’s after-hours protocols. The floors required acoustic ductwork in conference rooms, careful coordination with private office partitions, and high finish standards above exposed spaces. Field crews worked to the standard the tenant and the law firm expected.
