The Paul Weiss build-out spanned eight non-contiguous floors of 1345 Avenue of the Americas, a Midtown high-rise with controlled hoist access and a demanding construction manager schedule. Seabreeze coordinated ductwork releases floor by floor, sequencing fabrication against the program timeline to keep crews productive on every release. The scope required heavy clash-detection work in the model, dense ceiling conditions above sensitive law firm finishes, and tight tolerances around exposed elements in conference and circulation spaces.
