Project Notes

The New York Life build at 51 Madison covered two floors of base-building HVAC integration and tenant ductwork. The project required tight coordination with existing base-building systems and the architectural ceiling conditions of an established corporate tenant. Seabreeze handled BIM coordination, fabrication, and field installation, working closely with the mechanical contractor to phase work around occupied adjacencies. Documentation and submittal discipline were a major focus of the engagement.
