Scope of Work
Project Notes
Citadel’s 660 Fifth Avenue program covered five contiguous floors of trading and back-office space. Dense supplemental cooling, redundant supply paths, and acoustic ductwork in trading-floor conditions made coordination the critical path of the entire HVAC scope. Seabreeze ran fabrication, delivery, and field execution against an aggressive construction manager schedule. The team built deliveries around shared freight access and worked alongside multiple parallel trades to maintain the floor-by-floor turnover plan that the project required.
