Submit project information for a commercial HVAC ductwork estimate or project discussion. Include drawings, bid date, scope notes, and any building-specific requirements.
What to Include
Everything needed to price the scope.
The more complete the submission, the faster and more accurate the estimate. Here is what is most useful:
- Project name and building address
- Bid due date (if applicable)
- Drawings, addenda, and bulletins
- Scope summary or ductwork specifications
- Floor count and floor numbers
- Any special access, phasing, or schedule notes
Large File Transfers
Drawings too large for the form?
Email the project directly to info@seabreezemc.com with the project name in the subject line, or use a file sharing service (Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive) and paste the link in the message field.
Turnaround
When to expect a response.
Seabreeze acknowledges new project submissions within one business day. Bid turnaround times depend on drawing complexity, scope size, and current workload. We will confirm a delivery date when we review the submission.
